Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Nevli application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. The App is operated by Tarfion Ltd, a company registered in Cyprus with its registered office at Griva Digeni, 59, Kaimakliotis Building, 5th Floor, 6043 Larnaca, Cyprus ("we," "us," or "our"). You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.

2. Description of Service

Nevli is an artificial intelligence-powered application that allows users to apply templates, modify, and generate image and video content ("AI Services"). This includes creating styled photos from templates and animated videos from images. The AI Services rely on complex cloud-based machine learning models.

3. Fair Use Policy and AI Limitations

To ensure high performance and fair access for all users, Nevli employs a Fair Use Policy:

• Credits: Each AI generation costs a number of in-app credits ("credits"), shown on the Generate button before you start. Some templates may cost fewer credits for a limited time. A generation that fails or is rejected does not use any credits. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and can only be used in the App.
• Availability: We do not guarantee 100% uptime of our AI models. Processing times may vary depending on server load.
• Restrictions: You may not use automated scripts, bots, or any method to obtain credits or generations other than through the App.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Complete subscription terms — including automatic renewal, cancellation, payment, refunds and changes — are set out in our Subscription Policy. The key points are summarised below.

• Auto-Renewal: Nevli offers auto-renewing subscriptions (Weekly, Monthly, Yearly). Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Cancellation: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions through your Account Settings on the App Store or Google Play after purchase.
• Introductory Offers: A plan may come with an introductory price for its first period, shown before you subscribe. After that period, the subscription renews automatically at the regular price of the plan. The store decides who is eligible for an introductory price: Apple once per Apple ID, Google Play once per Google account.
• Weekly Credits: An active Nevli Pro subscription adds a set number of credits to your account every 7 days, counted from the day you subscribed, whatever plan you are on. The number is shown in the App when you subscribe and stays the same while your subscription renews without a break. Weekly credits that are not used within their week do not carry over, and weekly credits end when your subscription ends or is refunded, even in the middle of a week.
• Credit Packs: Subscribers can buy additional credit packs as one-time in-app purchases from the App Store or Google Play. Credits from packs never expire, are used only after your weekly credits run out, and stay on your account after your subscription ends; without a subscription they can be used for effects that are not Pro-only. If Apple or Google Play refunds a pack, the credits from that pack that are still unused are removed from your account.
• Your Account: You do not need to sign up before you subscribe: your first subscription purchase in the App creates your Nevli account, linked to that purchase. You can also sign in or sign up in Settings at any time, with Sign in with Apple, Google sign-in, or an email address and a password. You can add an email address and a password to an account created by a purchase in Settings, so you can sign in on another device. Without an email, the account can be reopened only by restoring an active subscription in the App (Restore).

5. User Content and Conduct

You may not upload, submit, generate, or otherwise use the App to create or process any content that:

• Is unlawful or promotes, facilitates, or depicts illegal activities, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexual exploitation or abuse of minors, or other content that endangers children;
• Contains sexually explicit material, non-consensual intimate imagery, or other sexually exploitative content;
• Uses another person's image, likeness, or identity without the necessary rights or consent, including to create deceptive, harmful, or unauthorized deepfakes;
• Infringes the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of third parties;
• Promotes violence, abuse, harassment, threats, or other harmful conduct.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you submit and your use of generated content comply with these Terms and applicable law. You must have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents to use any images or other materials submitted to the Service.

We may use automated tools to identify, prevent, or address content and activities that violate these Terms or applicable law.

We reserve the right to reject or discontinue generation requests, restrict or remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and take other appropriate action where we identify or reasonably suspect prohibited activity, subject to applicable law.

You must not attempt to bypass or circumvent any content restrictions, safety measures, or other safeguards implemented within the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

The App and its AI generated outputs are provided "as is". We are not responsible for any inaccuracies, glitches, or unintended results generated by the AI models.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.

8. Account Access, Suspension and Deletion

We may take action in relation to your Account where necessary to protect the Service, comply with legal requirements, or address misuse. Depending on the circumstances, such action may include restricting access, temporarily suspending the Account, or permanently closing it.

We may do so, for example, if we reasonably determine that:

• your conduct is inconsistent with these Terms or other applicable rules;
• your Account is connected with suspected or confirmed fraud, misuse, or other unauthorized activity;
• continued access could create a security, integrity, or operational risk;
• we are required to restrict or terminate access under applicable law or pursuant to a lawful request or binding requirement from a competent authority; or
• we decide to discontinue the Service or the relevant functionality.

If an Account is permanently closed by us, access to the Service will end. Where appropriate, reasonably feasible, and legally permitted, we may provide notice before taking action and may give you an opportunity to remedy the relevant issue.

Termination does not affect any provisions that are intended to remain effective after your use of the Service ends. This includes, where applicable, provisions relating to intellectual property, liability, dispute resolution, and governing law.

Ending Your Account

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your Account at any time through the Settings section of the App or by contacting our Support Team at [email protected].

Account deletion is separate from Subscription cancellation. Removing your Account does not automatically stop an active Subscription or recurring billing. Similarly, canceling a Subscription prevents future renewals but does not, by itself, delete your Account, Content, or other information associated with it.

Some information may remain in our records after an Account has been deleted where retention is necessary or permitted by law. This may include records maintained for regulatory or legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, billing and transaction purposes, disputes or legal claims, and technical backup or record-retention requirements.
