Subscription Policy
This Subscription Policy ("Policy") governs the purchase, renewal, billing, cancellation, and refund of paid subscriptions offered through the Nevli mobile application ("App").
The App is operated by Tarfion Ltd, a company registered in Cyprus, with its registered office at Griva Digeni, 59, Kaimakliotis Building, 5th Floor, 6043 Larnaca, Cyprus ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to this Policy and our Terms of Use. Please review both documents before completing your purchase.
1. Subscription Plans
Nevli offers paid subscription plans ("Subscriptions") that provide access to additional features and functionality within the App.
Depending on the selected plan, a Subscription may include access to premium AI photo-generation effects, high-quality images without watermarks, and a weekly allocation of in-app credits for AI generations.
Subscriptions may be available on a weekly, monthly, or yearly basis, subject to the options presented in the App at the time of purchase.
The price, billing frequency, subscription duration, and included features will be displayed before you confirm your purchase.
Access to certain features, including AI image generation, may be subject to credit costs, usage limits or other restrictions described in the App and in our Terms of Use. Purchasing a Subscription does not provide unlimited access to these features unless expressly stated in the applicable offer.
Nevli may also provide limited free functionality, including the ability to create an initial image preview. Free access does not constitute a paid Subscription and does not, by itself, result in recurring charges.
2. Free Trials and Promotional Offers
From time to time, we may offer free trials, introductory pricing, discounted subscription periods, or other promotional offers to eligible users.
The duration, pricing, eligibility conditions, and any applicable restrictions will be disclosed before you activate the relevant offer.
If your Subscription includes a free trial, no subscription fee will be charged during the trial period. Unless you cancel before the trial expires, your Subscription will automatically convert into a paid Subscription, and the applicable subscription fee will be charged.
If you purchase a Subscription at an introductory or promotional price, the discounted price will apply for the period specified in the offer. After that period, your Subscription will automatically renew at the standard subscription price disclosed at the time of purchase, unless canceled beforehand.
Free trials and promotional offers may be limited to eligible users and may not be available to users who have previously subscribed or redeemed a similar offer.
If you cancel during a free trial, access to subscription features may end immediately or upon expiration of the trial, depending on the applicable App Store or Google Play rules.
3. Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing period.
By purchasing a Subscription, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Your Subscription will automatically renew for successive billing periods corresponding to your selected plan.
- The applicable subscription fee will be charged to your designated payment method at each renewal.
- Recurring charges will continue until you cancel your Subscription.
- The amount and frequency of recurring payments will be disclosed before you complete your purchase.
To prevent the next renewal, you should cancel your Subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, in accordance with the applicable App Store or Google Play subscription management procedures.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable offer, your Subscription will continue under the same billing terms until canceled or modified in accordance with this Policy.
Unless otherwise specified by the applicable payment provider, you will retain access to paid subscription features until the end of the current paid billing period.
Deleting the App, deleting your Nevli account, or ceasing to use the App does not automatically cancel an active Subscription. You must cancel it through the payment provider used for the purchase.
If you have more than one active Subscription, each must be canceled separately where applicable.
4. Payment and Billing Authorization
Subscription purchases are processed through the payment services provided by the Apple App Store or Google Play, as applicable.
By confirming your purchase, you authorize the relevant payment provider to charge the payment method associated with your account for the initial subscription fee and any subsequent recurring fees, according to the terms disclosed at checkout.
Payment is generally collected upon confirmation of purchase, except where a free trial or another promotional arrangement provides otherwise.
Applicable taxes, currency conversions, and other payment-related charges will be determined and displayed by the relevant payment provider in accordance with its policies and applicable law.
We do not directly control the processing of payments made through Apple or Google. Such transactions are also subject to the payment provider's applicable terms and conditions.
If a payment cannot be processed, your Subscription may be interrupted, suspended, or terminated in accordance with the relevant payment provider's procedures.
5. Refunds
Refunds for Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are generally administered by the respective payment provider in accordance with its refund procedures and applicable law.
6. Changes to Subscription Fees and Plans
We may modify subscription prices, billing options, or the features included in a Subscription from time to time.
Any changes affecting existing paid Subscriptions will be communicated in advance where required by applicable law or the relevant payment provider's rules.
Price changes will take effect in accordance with the applicable App Store or Google Play procedures, including any notification or consent requirements.
Where a proposed price increase requires your consent, your Subscription will be handled in accordance with the payment provider's applicable rules if you do not accept the change.
If you do not wish to continue your Subscription under the revised terms, you may cancel it before the applicable changes take effect.
Changes to subscription features or usage limits will not affect your mandatory consumer rights.
7. Subscription Access and Usage Limitations
An active Subscription provides access to the paid features included in the selected plan, subject to the applicable usage limits and technical requirements.
Certain features, including AI image generation, cost in-app credits. The credits a Subscription adds each week may vary depending on your Subscription and will be communicated through the App.
Daily generation allowances do not necessarily carry over to subsequent days unless expressly stated.
Temporary technical interruptions, processing delays, or unsuccessful AI generations do not automatically extend the Subscription period.
Subscription benefits are intended for use within the App and cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or redeemed outside the App.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy periodically to reflect changes to our subscription offerings, billing practices, legal requirements, or payment provider rules.
The updated version will be made available through the App or our website.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide advance notice of material changes and obtain your consent before those changes become effective.
Changes to this Policy will not retrospectively alter payments already made or override any mandatory consumer rights.
